Welcome back to the new tax season, and thank you for your continued trust and patience.

As we move forward this year, all appointments must be scheduled only after required documents have been uploaded and reviewed.

Due to a recent decline in my health, my available working hours will be reduced. To better manage scheduling and maintain service quality, phone interviews will be strongly encouraged in place of in-person appointments whenever possible.

To streamline the process:

• All required documents must be uploaded in full before an appointment can be scheduled.
• If you are filing as a group or family, everyone’s documents must be uploaded together in one complete submission.
• All submissions will be reviewed before your appointment is confirmed. If any documents are missing or require re-upload, you will be contacted prior to scheduling.

These updates are necessary to reduce delays, protect my health, and ensure each client receives focused and efficient service.
